NICHE Kintsugi Projects

During 2023 NICHE awarded four Embedded Fellowships.    

Each of the awarded three smaller Fellowships demonstrates. 

These embedded projects demonstrate the achievement of one or more of the NICHE themes and are underpinned by an Embedded approach to ‘place’ research or service improvement evaluation.
     

• Developing an intervention to support the retention of health and social care professionals in Norfolk.

• Evaluating the Impact and Effectiveness of Structure, Process and Outcomes of the Take a Chance on me Programme.

• Norwich Museums Community Club – an embedded evaluation.

• Evaluation of a novel early career prescribing programme to support workforce development, retention and diversification of pharmacists in the East of England
